Quality

The E/M facilities are designed and constructed in such a way as to ensure the safety and comfort of the people who use them, the safety of the building, as well as their proper and uninterrupted operation.

The manner of construction of these installations, the quality of the materials used and the minimum requirements for each of these installations are defined in the respective applicable regulations.

Our company applies all relevant regulations regarding the safety, operation and quality of installations as well as the ELOT Standard HD 384 for Electrical installations.

All products – materials we use meet the strictest specifications for their use and of course this means safety in use, smooth operation, low maintenance costs, long life.

The products we use have high quality certificates.

Quality Policy

The Quality Policy of the company DOLAPSAKIS SA, for the activities, which concern the implementation of electromechanical and other technical-construction projects of private and public interest, is part of the framework set by the ELOT EN ISO 9001: 2008 Standard and aims at the complete satisfaction of the requirements for Quality as specified by Customer requirements.

Certifications of building automation

Our company has received certifications on the part of building automation from the KNX association and from a number of companies active in the field. In detail, our company has been certified:

  • We have been trained and certified by KNX association in KNX Basic, KNX Advanced and KNX HVAC.
  • We have been trained and certified as a BMS Partner by Schneider Electric.
  • We have been trained and certified by iRidium as an iRidium Expert and iRidium pro Specialist.

We are also an official partner of the company NETx automations.

Certifications of industrial automation

Our company has received certifications in the field of industrial automation from companies operating in the field. In detail, our company has been certified:

  • From the company Schneider Electric we have been trained on the part of industrial automation with the PLCs of the M221 and M241 series, on the HMI screens and on the inverters (speed controllers) of the company. We are also a member of the Automation Club of Schneider Electric.
  • From the company Indusoft we have been trained and certified on the Scada program of the company Indusoft Web Studio and we are their official partners in Greece.
Certifications of energy records

Our company has received certifications on the part of energy records and analysis from the company Schneider Electric. In detail, our company has been certified:

  • We have been trained by Schneider Electric as a Connected Power Partner for the part of energy recording and analysis through the cloud platform Facility Expert of the same company.
